Welcome to the 2024 NST Members Guide!

What does it mean to be an Individual, Family, Contract, or Student member at Northshore Tennis?  When and how can each type of member book a court?  When can guests book and how often can they play?  How do I cancel a reservation? How and when do I make payments?

To help ensure that members and staff can answer these kinds of questions, our Board of Directors is introducing a Membership and Booking Guide. The Guide details club policies for membership types, guests, lessons, clinics, booking, billing, and payments.

Why is the Board publishing this Guide?  First, as our club has become busier, it can be difficult for members to get the court times they would like. Within the Guide we’ve formalized and tweaked several policies to give members as much opportunity as possible to book open court times.

Second, we realized that many of our policies have been passed along informally, often via word of mouth, which can lead to misunderstandings between the board, staff, and members.  Having a written document will help avoid such situations.

You can find our Guide here:

You can also access it via a link on the Court Reserve welcome page.  And we’ll keep a printed copy of the latest version in the office.

We plan to review and update the Guide at the beginning of each season.  Changes might be made during the season, but these will usually be minor.

Have any suggestions for improving the Guide?  If so, please let a Board or staff member know!
